Disney Cruise Line Returns to San Diego for Fall Season of Sailings to Mexico

Today, the newly enhanced Disney Wonder is docked in the beautiful city of San Diego after completing her first Baja cruise of the season. Throughout the next month, this ship will take Disney Cruise Line guests to explore popular Baja and Mexican Riviera ports of call, such as Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán, Mexico.

These itineraries, ranging from two to seven nights, highlight the region’s famous beaches and exciting water activities. Whether you are a snorkeling and scuba diving aficionado, or just like to enjoy the outdoors, these sun-kissed ports provide plenty of opportunity for fun in the sun.

Tiana's Place on the Disney Wonder

Families on our cruises from San Diego are among the first to experience the Disney Wonder enhancements that I gave you a first look at last week, like the New Orleans-themed French Quarter Lounge – a perfect companion to Tiana’s Place Restaurant. From Broadway-style musicals, including “Frozen, A Musical Spectacular,” energetic deck parties, world-class dining and extraordinary youth activities, there’s something for everyone aboard this remarkable ship.

Halloween on the High Seas

What’s more, all of our cruises from San Diego in October offer extra spooktacular fun with Halloween on the High Seas. This one-of-a-kind Halloween celebration features spooky parties, lively entertainment and elaborate décor, including the magical Pumpkin Tree.

In fall 2020, the Disney Wonder returns to San Diego for more Halloween on the High Seas cruises to Baja and the Mexican Riviera. Click here to find the best option for your family’s fall getaway from Southern California.
