CELEBRATION, Fla. — Mealtimes are memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages aboard Disney Cruise Line. There’s a full course of culinary fun throughout the cruise at elaborately-themed restaurants that combine distinctly Disney touches with world-class cuisine to please the palate and satisfy all the senses.
A Disney Cruise Line Tradition
Disney Cruise Line created an innovative rotational family dining concept, where guests experience one of three imaginative restaurants each night accompanied by a dedicated service team assigned to their family throughout the voyage. With exceptional attention to detail, guests enjoy a variety of dining experiences with friendly, familiar and personalized service every evening.
Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure (Disney Wish) is Disney’s first “Frozen”-themed theatrical dining experience, bringing the kingdom of Arendelle to life through immersive live entertainment and world-class cuisine infused with Nordic influences. Throughout the meal, guests enjoy live musical performances by favorite characters like Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf and even get the opportunity to join the festivities with hilarious sing-alongs and a grand finale that will have everyone in the audience on their feet.
Worlds of Marvel (Disney Wish) is the first Marvel cinematic dining adventure, where guests play an interactive role in an action-packed Avengers mission unfolding around them, complete with a worldly menu inspired by the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Named for the year The Walt Disney Company was founded, 1923 (Disney Wish) is an elegant celebration of the company’s legacy, paying homage to the golden age of animation and offering a tasteful tribute to its Californian heritage.
Animator’s Palate (Disney Dream, the Disney Fantasy, the Disney Wonder and the Disney Magic) is one of the signature Disney Cruise Line restaurants that brings the magic of Disney animation into the dining room with wall-to-wall whimsy inspired by classic animator’s studios. This venue has three ‘shows’ that happen during select itineraries – Undersea Magic (Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy), where guests are transported to a shimmering undersea world complete with live visits from Crush; Animation Magic (Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic), where guests draw a character at their table, only to see them come to life on the screens around the room during a magical final act; and Drawn to Magic (Disney Magic and Disney Wonder), where guests behold the evolution of animation as the restaurant transforms from black-and-white to vibrant color, led by Sorcerer Mickey.
Exclusive to the Disney Wonder, Tiana’s Place (Disney Wonder) transports guests to an era of southern charm, spirited jazz and street party celebrations. With a menu influenced by southern-style cuisine, Tiana’s Place – inspired by Princess Tiana in the Disney animated feature, “The Princess and the Frog” – treats families to a celebration of New Orleans dining and entertainment.
Triton’s (Disney Wonder) is a sophisticated venue inspired by the “under the sea” theme of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” featuring continental cuisine with a French flair.
Rapunzel’s Royal Table (Disney Magic), a dining experience inspired by the beloved story of Disney’s “Tangled,” transports Disney Magic guests to the kingdom of Corona for an evening of music and interactive fun featuring Rapunzel and the mischievous Snuggly Duckling Thugs.
Guests are invited to take part in a festive celebration of Rapunzel’s birthday and the anniversary of her return to the kingdom, where they’re treated to live entertainment, spirited singing and dancing led by a merry band of musicians.
Lumière’s (Disney Magic) invites passengers to “be our guest” in a grand dining room with French elegance, reminiscent of classic transatlantic ocean liners. Families can re-live the magic of “Beauty and the Beast” at this restaurant named after the scheming candelabra from the hit movie.
Royal Palace (Disney Dream) and Royal Court (Disney Fantasy), are inspired by Disney classics “Cinderella,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” “Beauty and the Beast” and “Sleeping Beauty” and have the lavish surroundings of an elegant dining room fit for a grand palace. Guests enjoy world-class continental French cuisine with a menu that includes dishes fit for a monarch and a wine list that features an excellent selection of Old World wines.
Enchanted Garden (Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream) is a whimsical, casual restaurant inspired by the gardens of Versailles that features a dining environment that transforms from day to night. The cuisine matches the crisp and airy feel of the restaurant with a seasonal menu featuring market-fresh ingredients. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style and dinner is a full-service, plated affair.
Quick-and-Casual Family Dining
While Disney Cruise Line offers upscale table-service experiences for both breakfast and lunch in select family dining venues, families can enjoy quick, convenient meals and snacks with casual walk-up dining options, including a free-flow casual dining restaurant (Marceline Market on the Disney Wish and Cabanas on the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy) that features a variety of food and drink options.
Guests can also partake in an eclectic array of quick-service cuisine served from specialized food stations on the upper decks near the family pool, each providing delicious offerings. Freshly prepared dishes include American classics and comfort foods such as pizza and pasta, chicken tenders, grilled specialties, fresh salads, sandwiches and more.
Sweet Treats
Each ship in the Disney Cruise Line ships offers soft-serve ice cream on the upper decks. The Disney Wish, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy have dedicated sweets shops, which serve an assortment of gelato, candy and delectable novelty treats at an additional nominal charge.
Room Service
Guests can feast on fresh, made-to-order Disney dining in the comfort of their stateroom to ensure the entire family’s cruise vacation is the most convenient and hassle-free that it can be.
