Modern Italian Cuisine at Palo
Named after the colorful poles that line the canals of Venice, Palo offers a superlative dining experience in a sophisticated atmosphere reserved exclusively for adults. At this elegant restaurant, guests are invited to indulge in a menu of delectable modern Italian cuisine, classic reserve wines and superior service.
Palo provides an unforgettable dinner experience at sea. With a semi-circular design, floor-to- ceiling windows and raised banquettes along one side, every seat offers beautiful vistas. Stylish furnishings, Frette linens, custom art, warm wood tones and a color palate of rich red, green and gold jewel tones create a refined, Italian-inspired décor.
The restaurant’s wine list includes about 90 labels from all regions of Italy, including a sparkling Prosecco, a lush red Barolo made just for Palo, and some of the best Super Tuscans. The signature Balsamic Grande cocktail features vodka, a splash of five-year-old balsamic vinegar and fresh muddled strawberries. After dinner, a traditional grappa is offered.
In addition to romantic dinners, Palo offers an adult-only Champagne brunch on sea days and select port days. The brunch features Palo’s signature pizzas, made-to-order entrées, seafood, a selection of international cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, desserts, champagne and mimosas.

When the sun falls behind the ocean horizon, that’s when After Hours comes to life aboard the Disney Wonder. A lineup of clubs includes revamped venues for dancing, comedy and variety shows.
Crown & Fin Pub
The adult district includes a pub that invites guests to take a jaunt to an authentic English tavern. Crown & Fin Pub dons dark woods, plush leather furniture and brass accents that are reminiscent of a friendly neighborhood pub. A selection of British and specialty beers create the perfect pub atmosphere, where adult guests can sip a pint or cocktail, or sample a brew made especially for the pub.
Observant guests may discover this is no ordinary pub. Subtle nods to classic Disney films set in London can be found in artwork, props and other bits ‘n bobs throughout the space. Brilliant stories of all sorts will be celebrated at the pub, whether those tales be true, tall or flat-out mad.
Cadillac Lounge
An intimate piano bar, Cadillac Lounge recalls the glorious heyday of the Rat Pack at their peak in Hollywood in the late 1950s. Decked out with luxurious dark wood walls, low-lit fiber-optic city street murals and custom chrome and alabaster headlight fixtures on the ceiling, the nightclub provides a romantic atmosphere for adults and couples looking to park themselves amid a more relaxed and upscale setting. Overstuffed armchairs, large porthole windows and a bucket-seat bar add to the cozy setting.
Cadillac Lounge’s showpiece is an authentic-looking Cadillac El Dorado grill that sits behind the teak wood dashboard bar. Designed by Walt Disney Imagineering in conjunction with General Motors, the decorative automobile facade features working headlights. Additionally, Cadillac Coupe de Ville tailfin accessories built into the walls and columns as well as illuminated red automobile lights create the illusion that you’re sitting in an authentic vintage car.
Featuring a full bar, Cadillac Lounge will surely rev you up with a large selection of beer and cocktails—in addition to champagne and wine—for an additional fee. Martinis, scotch, single malt tequila, cognac, port, Madeira and specialty coffees like espresso, cappuccino and café mocha are also available.
Azure
Immersive ocean-themed décor ensures Azure overflows with the mystery of the deep nightly. Celebrating the breathtaking beauty of the big blue, Azure invites you to make waves inside a trendy nightclub designed to look like the ocean. The lounge, awash with a bar, dance floor and plenty of seating, features flowing, curvy walls reminiscent of the ever changing current.
