Ahoy matey, it’s time to set sail and announce the winners of the 2020 Disney Parks Moms Panel Awards for Disney Cruise Line. Our land-loving panelists are also huge fans of sailing the seas with Disney, and the votes for their top choices have been calculated. The envelopes, please …
Favorite Family Fun
It should come as no surprise that once again our panelists have chosen Pirate Night as their favorite way to spend time with the family on a Disney cruise. And who can blame them? Pirate Night allows families to dress up like a pirate, talk like a pirate, and show off their best dance moves at the Pirates in the Caribbean deck party. Oh, and did we mention fireworks at sea?
Favorite Broadway-Quality Show
A tale as old as time and the winner once again is “Beauty and the Beast,” which is found exclusively on the Disney Dream. There was at least one vote cast for every show offered, but a few rose to the top-earning them honorable mentions. These include “Disney’s Believe” and “Tangled: The Musical.”
Favorite Youth Club
This year’s winner once again is Disney’s Oceaneer Lab. The panelists say, without a doubt, this is their kids’ favorite youth club! The interactive space is the perfect hangout for kids 3 to 12! Here they can play games, work on outrageous experiments, and have fun participating in numerous other activities! Disney’s Oceaneer Club, Vibe and Edge also received a great deal of votes!
Favorite Dining Experience
There is so much to love about dining at Animator’s Palate, we can understand why this was a landslide victory as our panelists’ favorite dining experience. While eating delectable dishes, Guests can also enjoy a dinner show featuring the art of storytelling where Disney characters come to life. And no matter where you dine, our panelists highly recommend you leave room for dessert! A few more of the panelists’ top picks this year included Tiana’s Place, Royal Palace, and Palo.
A great big congratulation to this year’s winners. Join us next week as we conclude our award season with the Disney Parks Moms Panel Awards for Disneyland Resort!
